Terms of Service

1. Who you are dealing with

These Terms govern your purchase and use of the STABLE Ecosystem website, member area, digital products, and communications, operated by Orange Investment LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 797 Cotton Bay Dr W, Apt 1012, West Palm Beach, FL 33406 ("STABLE," "we," "us").

By buying from us or using the member area, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not buy and do not use the site.

2. You must be 18

Our products are for adults. You may not purchase or create an account if you are under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and if we learn we have, we delete it.

3. What you are buying

You are buying a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use digital educational materials — ebooks, PDFs, written lessons, and any bonus materials included in your purchase. You are not buying ownership of anything.

You may: read the materials, download your PDFs, print a copy for your own use, and keep them.

You may not: resell, rent, sublicense, share, or give away your access; post the files publicly or upload them to file-sharing, piracy, or AI-training platforms; reproduce them in a course, coaching program, membership, or any commercial offering of your own; remove our branding or claim the work as yours; or share your login with anyone else.

4. How you get access

Access is delivered inside our member area, hosted on Kajabi. Some products release their content gradually over the first days after purchase. That is intentional and described on the sales page before you buy: a habit that arrives all at once never becomes a habit. Everything you paid for is yours from the moment of purchase — it simply opens in sequence.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for giving us a working email address. We are not responsible for access problems caused by a wrong email, a full inbox, or a spam filter.

5. Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown before checkout. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; we never see or store your full card number. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you. If a payment is declined, reversed, or charged back, we may suspend access until it is resolved.

6. Refunds

Our refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short: a 30-day guarantee, and access is removed when a refund is issued.

7. Results are not guaranteed

We make no promise about weight, body composition, appearance, health, or any other outcome. Any testimonial, review, or example we publish reflects one person's experience and is not typical, guaranteed, or a prediction of yours. We do not pay for testimonials or publish invented ones.

8. This is education, not medical care

Our Medical & Health Disclaimer is part of these Terms and you should read it in full.

Briefly: we are not physicians, dietitians, or therapists; nothing we publish is medical advice; and we never give guidance on starting, stopping, changing, or dosing any medication, including GLP-1 treatments. Those decisions belong to you and your licensed prescriber.

9. Affiliates

If you promote our products as an affiliate, you are bound by our affiliate terms in addition to these. Affiliates may not:

• make medical claims
• guarantee results
• imply our materials replace medical care
• give any guidance about medication
• run ads that misrepresent the product
• bid on our brand terms without written permission

We terminate affiliates who do, and withhold commissions on sales generated that way.

10. Our content is ours

All text, images, design, the STABLE name and marks, the Post-GLP-1™ designation, the system architecture, and all materials on this site are owned by Orange Investment LLC or licensed to us, and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. Your license under Section 3 grants you nothing beyond personal use.

11. Communications

By purchasing or opting in, you agree to receive emails about your purchase and about our products. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email. Transactional emails about your account and access are not optional while your account is active.

12. Third-party services

We use third parties to run this business — Kajabi for the member area, a payment processor for checkout, an email platform for communications. Their handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any external site we link to.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you share or resell your access, breach Section 3, charge back a legitimate purchase, or abuse our team or community. We may discontinue a product at any time; if we do, we will honor access already purchased or refund it.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orange Investment LLC and its members, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or materials. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the product in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where that is the case, these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the materials, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Disputes

If something goes wrong, email us first at team@stableecosystem.us. Most problems are solved in one message, and we ask you to give us 30 days to try before filing anything.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

18. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top tells you the current version. Material changes will be posted here, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept them.

19. Miscellaneous

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Medical & Health Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between us.
