Purchases, access and refunds

Purchases are processed through Kajabi and its payment provider. That means:

• Your receipt and the charge on your statement come from that processor.
• Your access opens in our member area immediately after payment is confirmed.
• Your refund request comes straight to us. Full conditions in the Refund Policy — 30 days, no justification required.

Didn't get your access email? Before writing, check your Promotions and Spam folders and search for "STABLE" or "Kajabi". If it still isn't there, write to us with the email address you used at checkout.

Your data and privacy requests

To exercise any of your privacy rights — access, correction, deletion, a copy of your data, opting out of marketing or of targeted advertising — email us with "Privacy" in the subject line.

We respond within 45 days and we will not treat you differently for asking. If you are appealing a denial, reply to our response with "Appeal" in the subject. Details in the Privacy Policy.

Leaving our email list

Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click, effective immediately — we don't ask why and we don't try to talk you out of it.

If the link doesn't work, write to us with "Unsubscribe" in the subject and we'll do it by hand.

Medical questions

Press, partnerships and affiliates

For press and partnerships, write with "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject.

Affiliates: before promoting anything of ours, read the affiliate clause in our Terms of Service. It is short and it is enforced — a medical claim, a guaranteed result, any guidance about medication, or any suggestion that our materials replace medical care ends the partnership and forfeits the commission.
