What STABLE Ecosystem is

STABLE Ecosystem is a set of educational materials — digital books, a tracking app, and a community — devoted to a single subject: what happens to a body when a GLP-1 weight-loss treatment ends, and what to do from there.

That phase exists, it has a known physiological mechanism, and it is rarely explained. Our materials set out to fill that gap, in plain language, with the sources in view.

Why we exist

When weight loss happens very fast, part of what the body sheds is not fat: it is lean mass — and lean mass is what sustains the metabolism. When the treatment ends, the body goes on playing by the rules of loss: hunger reorganizes itself, energy expenditure drops, and what used to work stops working.

That is not a lack of discipline. It is physiology. And it is exactly the part almost nobody hands over with the prescription.

Who writes the materials

We are direct about this because it matters: there are no physicians and no dietitians on our team. Our materials are written by content professionals working from peer-reviewed literature, and every substantive claim is referenced in each book's bibliography.
