You do not have to justify yourself, produce evidence, or prove you tried. You bought a book about your own body — if it is not right for you, you should get your money back.
How to ask
Email team@stableecosystem.us from the address you used to buy, with your name and the product. That is it.
We would appreciate one line about what did not work — not as a condition, just because it makes the next version better. You can leave it blank and still get your refund.
What happens next
We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your request. The money goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it usually appears within 5 to 10 business days after that — that part is out of our hands.
Your access ends when the refund is issued. That includes the ebook, the bonuses, the order bump if you added one, and the member area. Any PDFs you already downloaded are yours to delete; the license granted in our Terms of Service ends with the refund, and continuing to use or share the materials after a refund is a breach of those Terms.
Order bumps and bonuses
If you bought an add-on at checkout, it follows the main purchase: refund the product and the add-on refunds with it. You can also ask to refund only the add-on and keep the main product.
After 30 days
After the 30-day window, purchases are final. These are digital products delivered in full, and we cannot take back what has already been read.
If something genuinely went wrong — you never got access, you were charged twice, you bought the wrong product — write to us anyway. Those are our mistakes to fix, and the 30 days do not apply to them.
Before you dispute a charge
If something is wrong with your purchase, email us first. We answer every message, and almost everything is resolved the same day.
A chargeback filed without contacting us costs us a fee, takes months to resolve, and gets your access closed permanently while it is pending — and none of that gets you your money faster than simply asking.
Fairness
This guarantee exists for people deciding whether the material is right for them. It is not a way to read the whole catalog for free. We may decline a refund, without affecting your legal rights, if there is a pattern of repeated purchases and refunds on the same account or payment method.
If you bought through an affiliate
The refund works exactly the same way, and you ask us, not them. Commission on a refunded sale is reversed.
