Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy explains what we do with your information. It covers stableecosystem.us, our member area, our emails, and our digital products, all operated by Orange Investment LLC, 797 Cotton Bay Dr W, Apt 1012, West Palm Beach, FL 33406.

2. What we collect

What you give us directly

• Your name and email address, when you take our quiz, subscribe, or buy.
• Your answers to our diagnostic quiz — including what you tell us about your weight-loss experience, whether you have used a GLP-1 medication, and which concerns weigh on you most.
• Your purchase details: what you bought, when, and the amount. We never see or store your full card number — that is handled entirely by our payment processor.
• Anything you write to us in an email, a comment, or a support request.

What we collect automatically

• Your IP address, browser, device type, operating system, and approximate location derived from your IP.
• Which pages you visited, what you clicked, how long you stayed, and which site or ad sent you.
• Which of our emails you opened and which links you clicked, where tracking is enabled.
• Your progress through the member area — which lessons you opened and completed.

3. Health-related information — read this one

Our quiz asks about your weight and your experience with GLP-1 medications. Your answers, and the result we show you, say something about your health. We treat that as sensitive, and you deserve to know exactly how it is handled.

• We are not a healthcare provider and we are not a HIPAA covered entity. Nothing you tell us is a medical record, and it does not carry the protections a medical record has.
• We use your quiz answers for two things only: to show you your result, and to send you materials matched to the concern you told us about.
• Our advertising tools record that a visitor completed the quiz. They do not receive your individual answers or your diagnostic result.

Please do not send us detailed medical information, diagnoses, lab results, or medication details. We do not need them, we are not qualified to interpret them, and we would rather not hold them. If you send them anyway, we delete them once your question is answered.

4. Why we use your information

To deliver what you bought and give you access. To answer you when you write. To process payments and handle refunds. To send you the emails you signed up for. To understand which pages and ads work, in aggregate. To keep the site secure and prevent fraud. To meet our legal and tax obligations.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working (logging you in, remembering your cart), to measure traffic, and to run advertising.

We use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram, which tells Meta that a visitor viewed a page, started checkout, or bought. Meta may use that to show you ads, and Meta's own privacy policy governs what they do with it. As explained in Section 3, we do not send your quiz answers or health-related details to Meta or to any other advertising platform.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies are required for the member area to function; blocking those will break your access.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of targeted advertising where applicable law requires it.

6. Who we share it with

We share your information with the companies that run parts of this business for us, and only what each one needs:

We also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, and to a buyer if the business is ever sold — in which case this policy follows your data.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some U.S. state privacy laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly enough to include the advertising measurement described in Section 5. Whether or not it fits that definition where you live, you can opt out — see Section 8.

7. How long we keep it

Subscribers: until you unsubscribe and ask us to delete you.
Customers: for as long as you have access, plus the period we are required to keep transaction records for tax and accounting purposes — generally seven years.
Analytics data: in aggregated form, indefinitely; in identifiable form, no longer than our tools' default retention.

8. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you
• correct it
• delete it
• send you a copy
• stop sending you marketing
• stop using your data for targeted advertising

Unsubscribing is faster than writing: there is a link at the bottom of every marketing email.

If you live in California

The CCPA/CPRA gives you these rights explicitly, plus the right to know the categories of information collected, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose to — all of which are in Sections 2, 4, and 6. You may designate an authorized agent. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted under the CCPA.

Other U.S. states

If you live in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have substantially the same rights, plus the right to appeal a denial. To appeal, reply to our response and write "Appeal" in the subject line.

Outside the United States

We operate from the U.S. and your information will be processed here, under U.S. law. If you are in the EU or UK, we process your data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, with your consent for marketing, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving our business — and you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections, reputable providers, and limited internal access. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim ours is. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

10. Children

Our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change, and the effective date at the top will tell you the current version. Material changes will be announced by email to our subscribers.
